How to Add Details
Every order includes an Activity Feed section inside the portal.
From there, you can:

Chat directly with our team

Add clarifications or special instructions

Request additional services or add-ons
Your Deal Flow Specialist (DFS) will review your message and update the order accordingly.
Adding Services or Upgrades
If you request an add-on:

Our team will add the service to your existing order

Accounting will generate a separate add-on invoice if required
You do not need to place a brand-new order unless you prefer to.
Alternatively, you may also order an additional service directly through the web app.
Important
To avoid delays, we recommend submitting additional details as early as possible after placing your order.
