Our “Let Someone In” service is designed for appointments with a defined time window.
When the arrival time is open-ended or undefined, it requires a representative to remain on-site for an extended and unpredictable duration, and this can be quite expensive.
Due to the potential for large costs, this service is available as a special request only, and can be made inside of the chat widget within the ordering app.
We typically recommend that the person arriving provide some kind of arrival window, as to minimize the number of hours where a representative needs to be onsite.

For situations without a specific arrival window, the service will be hourly-based, starting from the scheduled arrival time and continuing until access is completed.
