The fastest and most effective way to communicate with our team is through the portal, using the Activity Feed tied to your specific order.
Whenever there is an update on your order, you will receive an email notification. At the bottom of that email, you will see a “Manage Order” button.
What to Do

Open the email notification you received

Click the Manage Order button at the bottom of the email

You will be automatically redirected to the portal

Leave a comment or message directly on the Activity Feed of that order
Messages sent this way go straight to the team actively monitoring your order. In most cases, you can expect a response within 10 minutes.
What Not to Do

Do not reply directly to automated email notifications

Do not send order-specific questions outside the portal
Replies to notification emails are routed to a general inbox and may delay response times.
Using the Manage Order button ensures your message is linked to the correct order and reaches the right team immediately.
