How Do I Know My Order Is Complete?

You’ll know your order is complete when you receive the final deliverables.

Once the service is finished and internally reviewed, our team shares the files with you via email.


What Happens at Completion

  • The Bootz Force Rep (BFR) submits the service

  • Your Deal Flow Specialist (DFS) reviews the submission

  • Final deliverables are processed

  • You receive an email containing the files

That email serves as your official confirmation that the order has been completed.


Where to Find Completed Orders

You can also:

  • Log into the portal

  • Navigate to the Closed Orders section

  • Review files and order details there


Important

If you have questions about your deliverables or believe something is missing, simply reply to the email or message us inside the order chat.

Delivery of your files is the automatic indicator that your order has been successfully completed.
