After you place an order, our team begins outreach and coordination immediately. Throughout this process, you are kept informed through email notifications and portal messaging, so you always know the status of your order and how to reach us if needed.

Email Notifications During Scheduling & Outreach

Email is the primary way we keep you informed as your order progresses.

When Outreach Begins

As soon as we start outreach and scheduling:

  • You will begin receiving email notifications from us

  • These emails keep you informed as we work to confirm the appointment


When We Are Able to Confirm the Appointment

If we successfully confirm the appointment with the seller or contact:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • This email confirms that the appointment is scheduled and moving forward

Receiving this email means your order has been successfully confirmed.


When We Are Unable to Confirm the Appointment

If we are unable to confirm the appointment during outreach:

  • You will receive an email letting you know confirmation was not completed

  • The email may indicate that a text message or follow-up outreach was sent

This ensures you are always aware of the current status, even if confirmation is still pending.


How to Communicate With Our Team Through the Portal

In addition to email updates, you can communicate directly with our team through the portal at any time.

Using the Activity Feed

Each order includes an Activity Feed where you can:

  • Leave a message for our team

  • Request a status update

  • Ask questions related to scheduling or confirmation

This is especially helpful if:

  • You have not yet received an email update

  • Your appointment time is approaching

  • You need quick clarification on the order status


Response Time

Messages left in the Activity Feed are monitored by our team, and:

  • You can typically expect a response within 10–20 minutes

  • A team member will reply directly in the portal

This allows you to get real-time updates without needing to call or follow up repeatedly.


Staying Informed at Every Step

Between email notifications and portal messaging:

  • You are notified when outreach begins

  • You are informed whether confirmation is successful or still pending

  • You always have a direct way to reach our team for updates
