My Photos Look Different Than Expected

If your photos don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to review them.

Every order goes through internal processing before delivery — but you also have a review window to raise concerns.


Our Internal Review Process

Before files are shared:

  • The Bootz Force Rep (BFR) submits the photos

  • A Deal Flow Specialist (DFS) processes the order

  • Our internal Quality Control team reviews the files

This ensures the deliverables align with the service scope.


24-Hour Review Period

After the files are delivered, you have 24 hours to report any concerns.

This may include:

  • Missing angles

  • Instruction discrepancies

  • Quality concerns

  • Scope-related questions


How to Request a Review

You can reach us through either of the following:

  • Comment directly in the Activity Feed inside your order

  • Contact us through any of our official support channels

Once submitted, your concern will be reviewed by our team and escalated internally if necessary.


We recommend contacting us as soon as possible within the 24-hour review window so we can assist promptly.
