No One Answered the Door — What’s Next?

If our Bootz Force Rep (BFR) arrives and no one answers the door, the next step depends on whether you added Order Protection.


If You Purchased Order Protection

If your order includes Order Protection:

  • The missed appointment is covered

  • We can reschedule without an additional trip fee

  • Your order will remain active so we can attempt again

Order Protection is designed to protect you from no-shows.


If You Did Not Purchase Order Protection

If protection was not added:

  • The visit is considered a completed trip

  • A new attempt may require an additional fee

  • You can request a re-dispatch through the Activity Feed


What You Should Do

  • Confirm availability with the seller or occupant

  • Comment inside the Activity Feed to request next steps

  • Our team will guide you on rescheduling options

If you expect access issues, we recommend adding Order Protection when placing future orders to avoid additional trip costs.
